AURA - Alliance is the flagship program that is offered at Aware Compass. It is an exclusive private partnership with limited seats available. Together, we create the inner architecture of a radiant leader, through a combination of inner transformation, high-level strategizing, grounded support and healing at the root of your being. I dedicate my time and effort to become fully embedded in your framework for a period of at least 6 months and my eyes are both on you and your organization. During our collaboration, you will experience the power of a leadership ally who is fully attuned to your reality.

Every AURA ALLIANCE partnership begins with a private in person immersion ; two and a half days dedicated to clarity, reflection, and recalibration. We begin by mapping your internal and external landscape: who you are as a leader, what your company truly needs, and where resistance quietly lives.
From there, we move into a repetitive four-week rhythm that alternates between strategic and energetic alignment, and structured conversations, deeper inner work, and ongoing presence in the background of your business. Between sessions, I stay close; observing, reflecting, and supporting you as the next layer of leadership unfolds.
