My name is Jelle, and I am your leadership ally.
Over the years, I’ve been a business owner, teacher, architect, and design director, working closely with founders and teams through moments of transformation, uncertainty, and breakthrough.
I’ve helped build and scale companies from the inside out, guiding vision into form and people into alignment. I know what billion-dollar decisions look like and I deeply understand what happens on the inside of those who make them.
As a father and active leader in my community, I’ve also spent years immersed in men’s groups and inner growth work learning through awareness how we can be both fearlessly ambitious and deeply compassionate.
